Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Drop-Off & Pick-Up To provide the best experience for every dog in our care, drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled by appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you're running late or need to adjust your arrival time. For the safety of all pets: Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs unless otherwise discussed. Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, allergies, medications, or special care needs before the stay. We reserve the right to decline or end a stay if a dog displays behavior that poses a safety risk. Emergency Care: In the event of an illness or emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your emergency contact. If immediate veterinary care is necessary, you authorize Puppers Dog Sitting LLC to seek treatment on your behalf. Any veterinary expenses are the owner's responsibility. Vaccination Requirements: For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require current proof of: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). We also recommend that dogs remain on a veterinarian-approved flea and tick preventative.
